The property's location was fantastic and good, down the east coast of Italy. Had brunch in the Mopi Bar, located nearby. The food was lovely and outstanding, enjoyed it.

Eco-friendly hotel in a secure area not far from the east coast of Italy and promenade. Good sized rooms with good view, nice balcony plus nice large beds, and best personnel. Best possible and nice location, easy walk to everywhere. Besides, easy to get to thermal baths.

I had a very nice stay, the staff were really helpful and smart, always trying their best. The room was big size and absolutely perfect with a large bed. The breakfast had a great selection of gorgeous food and drinks.

The employees were best and competent. The location was best possible and exceptionally nice as for me, right by everyone from Reception, the beach side close to the nice city center and the beach / promenade. It also was close to restaurants and shops

Every detail of this quiet property was great. The location was incredible, not very far from Viale Ceccarini. Further, it was just next door to sandy beach, the beach side close to the nice city center, and restaurants and shops. The staff were smart and friendly.

a short way from bar pino, where you can have lunch. the location was excellent, convenient to go everywhere. a characterful base for exploring riccione. honestly nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed food and rooms here. We go there often, and do recommend it for every one. We recommend you to eat at beach bar da mirco, that is set 400 metres away...
